I am a therapist-in-training working with adults in high-pressure professional roles.
I support individuals & couples experiencing burnout, emotional strain, and life transitions.
My work focuses on helping clients slow down, reflect, and explore what is happening beneath the surface of their experiences.

At Taylore Yardley, I am dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to empower our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

I uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
My approach is relational, embodied, and informed by Gestalt principles.
Sessions may include gentle inquiry, awareness of breath and bodily experience, and exploration of emotional responses as they arise.
I value pacing, consent, and collaboration.
