Session Fee:
The session fees depending upon the services you choose.

Payment policies follow professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• No restrictions are placed on reasonable methods of payment
   
• No discounts are offered for preferred payment methods
   

If block fees or prepaid arrangements are offered, the following conditions apply:

• A written agreement is provided before services begin
   
• The agreement outlines services, total fees, payment arrangements, and refund procedures
   
• Clients are not pressured to continue therapy due to prepaid arrangements
   
• Clients may discontinue therapy at any time
   

If therapy ends before prepaid sessions are used, fees for unused services will be refunded within seven (7) days of a written request.

Clients are informed of cancellation and missed appointment policies prior to beginning therapy.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee, as outlined in the informed consent agreement.
