Individual therapy. 50 minutes. Weekly.

Weekly sessions matter because this work requires rhythm not intensity. You’ve already tried intensity. You’ve pushed, crashed, recovered, repeated. This is different. This is steady. One hour a week where you don’t have to perform, manage, or contain.

What happens inside sessions.

We work with what’s present not a curriculum. Some weeks that’s the decision you can’t make. Some weeks it’s the anger you didn’t know was there. Some weeks it’s the grief underneath the exhaustion. I track what’s happening in your body, your breath, and your patterns not just your words.

What this is not.

This is not coaching. I won’t give you a framework or hold you accountable to goals. This is not advice. I won’t tell you what to do. 


This is not a quick fix. This is therapy. 


It unfolds at your pace, within clear boundaries, with a therapist who will meet you honestly.
